Winzer Customer Satisfaction

Winzer offers a customer satisfaction guarantee on all goods shipped from its warehouses. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return (at their expense) the unused, resalable portion of their merchandise within 90 days for a full refund. Certain restrictions apply. Returned Goods Procedures

To be eligible for a return, products must have been shipped by Winzer and must be in good, resalable condition, properly labeled, and in the product’s original packaging. We do not accept returns of products purchased from other companies, old, used, damaged, or soiled merchandise, closeout items, VSN, drop-ship, or special order products. Products that have an expiration date, such as chemicals and seam sealers, must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for credit.  To initiate a return, please contact your Winzer Franchise.

This limited warranty is the only warranty from Winzer. Winzer makes, and the purchaser receives, no other warranty, either express or implied, including without limitation, all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the products, and Winzer expressly disclaims the same.

In no event shall Winzer be liable for any consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages, direct or indirect, including but not limited to, loss of use, revenue, or profit arising in connection with approved Winzer products, even if Winzer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
