The trimmable abrasive zirconia grain flap disc is designed to be easily trimmed in order to expose flaps for extended use and allows the flap disc to have a longer life.

  • Premium Zirconia Alumina grain with a poly/cotton heat treated backing provides low stretch and strengh for the high Zirconia concentration

  • To trim down the backing simply grind the backing edge against a metal edge until the flaps are exposed to the level needed
