DIRECTIONS:

 General Industrial Use:

1. Dilute 1:5-1:100 with hot or cold water.
2. Spray or mop onto surface to be cleaned.
3. Let stand for 3-5 minutes and scrub.
4. Rinse well with water.

Fire and Smoke Damage:

1. Dilute 1:3 with hot water.
2. Using a brush or low-pressure spray, apply to soot or carbon soils.
3. Adjust the amount of solution used to the severity of soil and porosity of the surface.
4. To avoid redeposition of soils, rinse well with water.
5. Concrete and Industrial Floors:
6. Dilute 1:2-1:20 with hot water.
7. Apply a mop or pressure sprayer using a floor machine or deck brush, scrub well.
8. Let stand for 5-10 minutes, but do not allow it to dry. Using a wet vacuum, a mop or wringer, pick up the cleaning solution ? or flush solution to floor drain.
9. Thoroughly rinse the floor.

Note: Contact of this product with some painted surfaces, aluminum, glass, and other alkali-sensitive surfaces may result in damage. Avoid contact with these surfaces.
