Use this snow and ice pre-treatment before a snowfall to prevent ice and snow from bonding to parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, and outdoor handling systems, such as conveyors and elevators. This snow & ice pre-treatment lowers ice melter operating temperatures to accelerate working time and is effective to ?10 degrees F. May be diluted with water when the temperature is above 0DegreeF. Application rate: 1/2 gal. per 1,000 sq. ft. 5-gal. pail.

  • Prevents Bonding of snow and ice to pavement when use before snow falls.
  • Will accelerate the action of solid ice melt products when applied after Snow Away.
  • Lowers operating temperatures of solid ice melt products.
  • Improves performance and longevity of solid rock salt and sand when applied prior to their use.
